Program Planning: A Pledge To Meet Diverse Community Needs
Program development and facilities growth are critical to success in meeting the community's overall health needs. Planned growth is a key element in the continual provision of quality service.

Location...Location...Location
Satellite health care sites will continue to enhance our partnerships and collaborations with community health and social service organizations. Future growth will also encompass a central, campus-like atmosphere, which will expand programs in public health, hospital, mental health and substance abuse services. With many clinics throughout Stockton, Lodi and partnership clinics in Tracy, health care is accessible to everyone in the county.

Information Age Supports Facility Growth
Access will continue to improve through the investment in and development of an electronic information system that promotes increased coordination and clinical knowledge of client care throughout the entire health care system.

 Emergency Medical Services

Emergency Medical Services regulates ambulances and sets a single standard of care for all emergency services in San Joaquin County. EMS works as a team, coordinating hospitals, physicians, ambulance providers, fire departments, and law enforcement to ensure that daily EMS services run smoothly. Disaster management is coordinated through EMS to provide all residents with efficient, quality medical attention.

A Team Effort!

 Health Educators
Diabetes education, prevention and case management issues are shared weekly by health educator Rebecca Knodt of Community Medical Centers, Delta Health Care's Jaime Nunez and the Health Plan of San Joaquin's Robin Morrow.
 Family Ties and FOCUS
Expecting a baby for the first time or welcoming a new addition to the family can be one of the most exciting moments of a woman's life. But, what if old habits and life's pressures can't release you from your substance abuse problem? The Office of Substance Abuse's Family Ties and FOCUS programs provide residential and day substance abuse treatment for pregnant and parenting women and their families.
