San Joaquin County Clinics Community Board
The San Joaquin County Clinics Community Board (CCCB) is a co-applicant with the County to the Health Resources and Administration for FQHC-LAL designation. The CCCB represents the community in regards to health care services provided by the County’s FQHC-LAL Clinics. It is seeking recognition as a 501c(3) charitable organization.
Membership
The CCCB consists of 11 members with a minimum of 6 who are health center users representative of the patient population and a minimum of 5 non-users. For more information, please refer to the San Joaquin County Clinics Community Board Committee Fact Sheet or the Current CCCB Roster.
