Directions

The San Joaquin County Health Care Services (HCS) Agency office is located on the campus of San Joaquin General Hospital, in the east wing of Benton Hall.

From Northbound I-5: Exit I-5 at Mathews Road. Turn Left onto Mathews Road. Turn right onto Freedom Road; then turn left onto Southloop Road. Turn right onto Cesar Chavez Road. The HCS Agency is located on the northwest corner of Cesar Chavez Road before Service Road. Enter the office up the ramp at the corner.
